I am a graphic designer based in southern California. My career in design has left me fascinated with the blurred line between technical solution and effortless style. Just as a fine tuned surfboard is utilized as a means of self-expression, I aim to merge practicality and creativity in everything I do.
Throughout my career I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of brands & talent. Including Netflix, Warner Brothers, Golf le Fleur, Wrangler, Igloo, Billabong, and the World Surf League.
In my latest role as Senior Designer at Billabong, I was responsible for the development of key visual marketing assets and ensuring final production results were inline with the art direction established. This also involved leading a team of two designers to ensure we met the creative needs of multiple channels across the brand, including retail & wholesale accounts globally.
In 2016 I graduated from the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising (FIDM) where I received the ‘Graphic Designer of the Year’ award. This educational experience quickly taught me the work-ethic and strategic thinking needed of a successful designer, and provided me with a strong foundation of principles that I still draw from in my work today.
