The goal of their collaboration with Billabong was to celebrate the two storied brands and their obsession: making pieces you want to live in forever. I worked directly with the creative director on art direction for the campaign and provided key assistance in the photoshoot process from concept to production. Then I translated the art direction into a go-to-market retail package. Including a collection catalog, custom retail spaces, window artwork, table signage, and web banners. In 2022 the franchise showcased the motherland of surfing, Hawai’i. I assisted the development of art direction for the campaign and then translated the direction into a go-to-market retail package. The creative team collaborated with digital collage artist Giorgia Ascolani to create key artworks for the campaign. I worked directly with the creative director to storyboard the video asset and then worked with the photo studio to ensure the brand captured all photo assets necessary for Giorgia to create the video collage.
